Problems emotional in children increase with each generation. Many conflict between husband and wife also aggravates children’s emotional problems. The results of previous studies explain that children who are able to manage their emotions have pleasant personalities and excel at school. This research focuses to answering how is the role of parents in guiding children to be able to manage their emotions? The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research state that the quality of parents’ personality in managing emotions and their insight into parenting determines parents’ success in educating children with superior personalities and high achievements. The warmth of affection between husband and wife is a feeling of comfort that children need in their personality development.
